1. INTRODUCTION: A WORLDWIDE LEARNING COMMUNITY

Some time ago I started to work on the foundations of a Learning Community. A dream of long ago is emerging; the time is ripe and I am ready to act now. In 2005-2006 I was gifted with an online learning community by the Foundation for Conscious Evolution. I made a commitment to this foundation to introduce people to Conscious Evolution and help them to understand this process. I have done it ever since and you will find this process in the modules. My one year online learning experience with Barbara Marx Hubbard was a deep and transformative experience. We never met face-to-face but she and the community are in my heart also, after Barbara has died in 2019. All the years since the course I did in 2005-2006 I saw people growing in the process of co-creation and understanding of our conscious participation in the evolution process.

Since and because of the Covid-19 outbreak I see new online communities being born, sometimes out of necessity. Reflecting on this I realized that this is a new step in gathering hearts and minds and to come to a deeper understanding of what our time now asks of us. What form of support can our personal learnings offer to the wider community too and be a help to become resilient and not to not lose our hope and joy? How can, what we personally learn all the time can help us to move on with great courage and hope.

A Worldwide Learning Community
Several years ago I started to update my site with the hope that by my entries on Earth Spirituality and Cosmic/Earth Awareness I could offer my visitors a process of deepening. Now there is the old dream again: to start an online learning process . The longing for such a process came from my in-depth experience of being part of a Learning Community in 2005-2006. The dream did not materialize then. Present circumstances make me see that now is the time.
In 2019 I was invited to Unit East Africa (Medical Mission Sisters) for retreats and workshops. The community was initiated into an Ecological Worldview and a deeper Ecological Life. Great shifts and so much new awareness I saw happening before my eyes. Also the deep joy and great enthusiasm to share the new insights with many others who are also searching. The sisters were so motivated to share from the heart and pass it on.

I was invited for a follow-up and deepening experience with them. I said “yes” to that invitation. A Training Of Trainers(TOT) in Ecological Leadership in the first part of 2020. At that time the Corona Pandemic broke out. No, the pandemic was not over in a few weeks. We all know now how long it will take, till everything is “normal again”. But will it? Spontaneously I said, “come let us do it online and start now !” So I did, together with them.
As a result you will find the process of initiation into an Ecological World View and a deeper Ecological Life and Spirituality: steps and modules to help you to enter this process.
The Worldwide Learning Community: “The New Normal”
So I invite you, visitors of this site, to come into the circle of the shared-world-heart. If this invitation speaks to you, you are very welcome. After more reflection I see that this online endavour is not a second choice, because a face-to-face happening is not possible now.
You are invited to an experience of a way of how to do things in the “New Normal”. It does not really help to think from lack and limititations. What if from now on it is meant to be this !
Present technology makes it real to say that it will be a worldwide learning community. To walk together with others and share your learnings and insights and most of all your questions. Find and create your own circles. If the basic provision of the technology is there, nobody is excluded. So let us celebrate the oneness in all this.

The focus of this website and training is a deeper connection with the Cosmos, Earth and the Community of Life. The scope is Global Consciousness and Global Transformation. The process of guidance is geared to the Spiritual Leadership and a great vision we need in this time of great shifts in human consciousness happening.
2. CREATE YOUR OWN LEARNING COMMUNITY AND PARTICIPATE IN THE WORLDWIDE PROCESS
I invite you, if you feel drawn to this program, to commit to this process and walk the path together. You will soon know that you are not alone. Communities are being born.
If you use this site for your training program, both for yourself and for others, you can walk on your own pace and eventually organize opportunities to share your questions, learnings and inspirations with others. The modules you find under page Training Ecological Leadership.
Please do follow the sequence you find in this process. Start at the beginning. If you go through the different modules step by step, you will discover that you have entered a process that will bring you new experiences and insights. The part of the modules is protected by a password, so only enter if you have done the necessary preparations of the first pages.
This website is your private library/database. Many precious resources are brought together. You will get aquainted with the lifework and search of great Earth- wise men and women, Earth Healers, Earth Mystics, Earth Wisdom Keepers. All of them are great pioneers in the birth of a New Time.
I hope and trust that you deal with the materials with the necessary respect. Keep in mind this website is a tutorial for private use only and not meant to be spread at random and as broad as possible. It is a tool and challenge for those wo are ready for it. It is a gift for you, so deal with it in the way this asks for.
Therefore the modules are protected area on this website. You will see that you need a password to enter this area. If you decide that you want to enter this process of learning and deepening, just request the password.
The password is the same for all the protected pages and their content. We try to keep it as userfriendly as possible. By receiving the pass word, you consent to the promise not to pass it on to others. It is given to you personally. The pass word will change from time to time to keep the content safe.
I offer you reading materials, reflection guidelines, meditations. As you want to guide others in growing in Ecological Leadership, you need “to know”. In this way you can build up a body of knowledge and understanding and most of all go through a deep process of growing awareness yourselves. You will discover your own unique call to care for the Earth and all her lif and you will develop your own expression of an Ecological Life Commitment. Now you can do your own work and design your programs, workshops and retreats.
There are many links to websites and other resources for your further information and study.
You will do your own reflections, study and inner process work. You are kindly invited to share in personal encounter and group sharings that might come into existence. So take your own initiative to gather people in a group. Through your network you have all the space to do this. Reflections are on a daily base, study and reading you can bring together in your reflection paper to conclude a module and share it.
In this way you will see if you are prepared enough to work with the content of the various modules. The background is the same for all of us, the level of teaching can be very different. There can be great creativity and your personal touch in designing the programs.
You can specialize according to the kind of groups you want to work with. It all depends on your specialites, expertise and experience: e.g. children, young people, professionals, certain religious groups, secular groups, farmers, spiritual guides, etc. You will find quite a number of courses and materials in the internet, as you proceed with the learning process. I will refer to these sources.
We do not need the same in-depth practical knowledge: but we all need basic knowledge about soil, food, land, climate, water and other aspects of an ecological life. Look for what you need more. I am convinced that you will also learn a lot from each other.
There is space for sharing some of your reflections on the site. At the end of each module you can enter your insights and reflections. Do not hesitate to share your insights and learnings, but keep it short.I hope that many of you will do this. So we will make this training more interactive. We can build on each other.
Finding your own learning community
Find your own learning community to work with. Create a local learning community. It is a way to try out and get more experience. Make it a part of this learning process. Be creative in this. You can forward the link to this site in your own network. You are welcome to fully access the learning process. Be selective if you want to invite others for this process. There needs to be a certain readiness to start and most of all a deep motivation and initial commitment to go for this program. Quality is more important then quantity.
This process is open to every one who can benefit by it. You all qualify to start this training, because we are all children of the Earth and there is such a source of deep knowledge and wisdom in you. We all draw from this same source. So let us discover that source in ourselves!
This process of learning is all about a new way of living, relating and inhabiting our Earth. Come and let us learn together and realize it.
You can make this website and process more interactive by what you share. It is a great gift to all. The creativity and insight of everyone on our Planet is asked for.
Regarding all materials available on this website I can say that no special knowledge is required to make fruitful use of this site. Come with the knowledge, wisdom and experience you have and build om that. The most important is to be motivated, committed and to be in for deep change.
3. THE GROWTH OF A LEARNING COMMUNITY
In the circle we can grow in unconditional love for each other, as like-minded and unique souls. There is a deep cosmic law teaching us that persons with the same vision, deep longings and the same call will find each other and are drawn to each other. Is not just a matter of organization, but of soul-attraction. We have to go deep, to that level of communication and interacting. I trust that in the work of the learning community we will experience this.
Unconditional love and authenticity we experience at the level of our soul. It is not a matter of likes or dislikes, nor agreeing with the other person at every prize etc. It is about speaking our own truth. This love is a gift and happens to a community. We are called and will learn to share from this level. From the safe place we create together and offer to each other, something very new will be born. Here we experience Oneness and know that we all come from the same place of Light out of which everything has come into existence. In our Learning Community we will move beyond the sense of seperateness. Seperateness is an illusion, nothing is seperate in the Cosmos, each cell belongs to a circle, a process, an organism. From the Beginning of the Universe there is the cosmic web, binding everything together. We can always tune in to the deep sense of connectedness. It is a matter of being aware.
If we connect with each other at heart level, creative powers begin to manifest. We call this Resonance. In this awareness we grow in the unconditional acceptance of the others in the circle where each person can speak her truth. So together we create this deep inner place of peace and respect.
Each one in the circle is responsible to safeguard this feeling of deep resonance. Together we will discover the deepest Source of Wisdom in ourselves. If Wisdom leads our imagination we will help to create a New Earth!

4. TO BUILD A CIRCLE OF CO-CREATION
Co-creation
The process: First to grow in relationship with Self, the Divine, the whole Cosmos and each other. To grow in a reflective mood and experience the Oneness that is all around us. The Cosmos would not be apart from the Oneness . Always we need to stay connected with the Field of Love between us. Hear it, feel it…and continually search for it because something new is emerging all the time, also in the midst of brutal wars and terrible destruction.
If we are open and non-judgemental the law of attraction is working; a very strong power in the cosmos.
We will know that all and everything belongs together.
To find our soul’s destination and the deepest meaning of our life, we need a field of Love. Our call will be revealed in the Love that carries the Whole in the Light and we see our common destination and our corporate call. Every created being is called in the deep way of participating in the Cosmic Life in an unique way. It is a much deeper proces than to experience consensus. It is Cosmic “knowingness”.
As we start to connect with each other, islands of cohesion appear. We feel and see how we are part of a greater Whole. Now our life connects with the path of the Evolution. Our Learning Community is such an island of cohesion in the wide sea of Evolution. In these core groups we can let go of old ways of thinking, thought patters, belief systems. Harmony, cooperation and love are the fruits.

5. THE CO – CREATORS AGREEMENT
Some basic rules for working in a Circle of Co-creation.
Be yourself, authentic and fully present. If we are not fully present we block the flow of creative energy. In group processes this is so important. We are responsible for the flow of the process. And the process can not flow, if our emotions, preconceptions, not being truely present, stand in the way. Go for the realization of your gifts and in doing so, you allow others in the circle to do the same.
Listen to the Spirit at work in you. Be open to your call.
When you speak, always tell the truth and do it out of a great love and respect for yourself.
Do what you have promised to do and follow your heart.
Always try to understand and respect what the other person is saying. Every person has the right to speak her own truth. Honor one another and the process the other goes through. Each person tries to do the best.
A great gift to myself and to the others is to acknowledge myself and others.
Honor the differences between the persons in the circle. Rejoice in the diversity of life.
Once you have are committed yourself to the circle take responsibility for the way you are present. If you feel that resonance with someone is at a loss, act and restore the balance.
Accept imperfections of yourself and others.
Be the leader you are becoming and take responsibility for your leadership. Foster an environment of genuine collaboration in which all people including yourself, feel empowered to express your individual and collective potential.

6. MEDITATION: CREATING RESONANCE
This meditation is inspired by the Course of Conscious Evolution by Barbara Marx Hubbard and team. Handbook for Co-Creators. Foundation of Conscious Evolution
In my work of guiding others to a deeper understanding of creating resonance, I have experienced this meditation so often and also a shared with others.
Get comfortable and relax. Become present in the now and begin to pay attention to your breath. Relax your mind. By breathing deeply you will create a free space in your mind. Once you become aware of your body, say hello to yourself.
You become aware of how the energy of the Earth is filling us. Let every cell in your body be charged with the energy of our Mother. Let it flow through your limbs, chest, opening the heart. Feel the energy move to the top of your head and from your crown chakra it reaches out as tall branches of a tree – reaching towards the light- towards the heavens.
Each one of us is the living expression of the union of heaven and Earth, of Spirit and Matter. Your whole being speaks about this. This is the great gift of our existence. Energy of Spirit and energy of Earth merge and we feel it at our center. Go to a place two centimeters below your belly button; there is the seat of power and presence. (Cosmic Eye). When those two energies meet they flow definitely inward and outward simultaneously at that place of union. This is the energy that moves us, in us, infinite, radiant, vast.
Feel the energy in the depth of your heart, radiating in all directions: bringing love and joy into the world, from your heart. This energy opens your throat, the center of creativity. You lift this energy to the third eye: you see now underlying patterns of the universe that make up our existence, so that more purposefull we can align with its momentum and flow.
This energy flows coming out of the top of our head, like a shower around our body, goes down to the ground and from there flows back up through your legs and spinal cord. A flow all around us. And in our awareness, our center, our open heart. Take a deep breath here, expanding our consciousness and awareness and expanding our experience of who we are. Opening us and radiating that awareness to co-create the world from this place.
Feel now – the difference , the quality. Notice the energy flowing from your heart into the environment. Now feel the movement, heart to heart… and around this beautiful planet we call our home. Heart to heart, where ever we are…feel the Earth as she holds us..
Resonance is built up. When we connect with one another at the heart level, the universal flow of creation works through us to create what our heart desires. The creative energy of the universe that has been forming whole systems for billions of years attracting atom to atom, molecule to molecule, cell to cell, now joins us. Human to human, creating the nucleus of a new humanity.
Our work at this great and crucial time of the planet is to align our energies and essential desires. Resonance naturally occurs – an experience of union, of oneness, being on the same wave length. We can deal now with the infinite potential we have access to. When we align our hearts at this place we create a larger energy. When our energies, our love and intentions begin to meet, we might become aware that our hearts truly connect. We share the purpose of healing ourselves and the world.
In Resonance we feel lighter and boundaries between us begin to dissolve. Our full potential self rises up. A vibrating frequency, an harmonic flow cleanses our energies, connects through a common cord.
Our hearts open and fill with love and we emanate joy. This is the power to co-create. We are present, we are centered. We connect our hearts around the circle. A more potent field to support us, in the experience of our wholeness.
The Emergence
When we are connected to a greater whole it becomes more clear and the new becomes a natural way of being.
This is the moment. Remember always why we come together. We cannot emerge alone. It is our common wholeness that is emerging. Our bodies are emerging together. Connecting with our center, radiating that awareness from our heart, netting in the field with one another’s heart. Taking time to experience our greater Oneness and our unique expression as a part of that greater whole Body.
Feel the connection with our Mother Earth. Send a signal right to her heart from our connected heart. To let her know that we are here, awakening and aligning with her natural evolutionary life. Mother Earth is giving birth to a universal humanity and we let her know we are in full partnership in this Emergence.
METTA (Buddhist word for unconditional love energy): send this energy to friends, family, loved ones, anyone in need of healing, love, joy. Send a blessing to all the children. We are here to support them. Picture a moment of complete peace on this planet. Bring attention to the circle. See how we are connected around the Earth. Send love and appreciation.
Now slowly come back to the here and now. Allow the experience to be fully present.
